Who we are

Northpoint Fitouts Ltd (Northpoint Fitouts) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@northpointfitouts.co.uk or on 01138 715 028.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. When you complete an enquiry form on this site, that is your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number, site postcode, the type of enquiry and whatever you write in the message field.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and this site does not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to carry out a site survey and prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to administer any resulting order. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically, responding to a request you have made of us, or performance of a contract where you go on to place an order.

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than service providers who process data on our behalf in order to run the website and our email, and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as needed to support the installation and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email info@northpointfitouts.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
