Why start another storage company
Warehouse storage is not a complicated industry, but it is one where the buyer is usually at a disadvantage. Quotes arrive in incomparable units. Capacity figures are quoted without the assumptions that produced them. Upright protection gets quietly value-engineered out to sharpen a headline price. And a great deal of steel is sold to businesses whose real problem was the layout.
None of that requires bad intent. It happens because the person specifying the system knows considerably more than the person buying it, and the industry has not made much effort to close that gap.
The premise here is that closing it is good business. If you can see the two layouts side by side with their pallet counts and their costs, you make a better decision, and a client who understands why they chose something is a client who comes back.
How we work
One person surveys your building, designs the layout and stays with the project through installation and handover. No hand-off to an account manager who has never seen the site. If something goes wrong on the floor, you are speaking to someone who knows why the drawing says what it says.
Installation is carried out by trained, certificated teams, phased around your operation. Racking that goes up slightly out of true loses capacity it was designed to have and fails its first inspection, so this is not a corner worth cutting.
What we will not do
We will not quote against a phone call. We will not mix components from different manufacturers in a run, because published load capacities apply to matched systems and a mixed run has no defensible rating. And we will not leave a site without load notices fitted and the drawings handed over.
How a project runs
Four stages, and you can stop after the first two.
Survey
We measure heights, obstructions, floor and doors, and record what you already have. Free, and it commits you to nothing.
Design
Two to four layouts with pallet counts, aisle widths and costs, so the trade-off is yours to make.
Install
Trained teams working in phases, so areas come back into use as they finish. Nights and weekends if the floor cannot be cleared.
Hand over
Drawings, calculations and weight notices on every run, walked through with whoever looks after the racking.
