A row (or run) is one line of storage. A bay is one section between two upright frames. Automatic layout fits as many positions as it can into your space, keeping your load, aisle width and any sizes you set.

How automatic sizing works

Your load, levels and pallet or item size pick a stocked frame and beam. A smaller size can cost levels or positions; choose Auto to hand it back. Capacity is per raised level and is confirmed before ordering.

Supply only. We do not fit it.

The estimate covers the selected goods and any delivery allowance shown. Fitting, installation, site works and unloading equipment are not included. You must arrange a suitable installer and check the floor, access and proposed use before installation.

What you will receive

The embedded “What you’ll receive” section lists the current configuration’s frames, beams, decking and selected protection. Only the items shown as included form part of this estimate. Floor anchors and any additional bracing must be confirmed separately.

Price, VAT and delivery

All displayed estimates exclude VAT. The delivery allowance is shown separately once a postcode is entered, where a rate is available. It assumes a forklift is available to unload. We confirm the final specification, tax, delivery cost and delivery date before an order is accepted or payment is taken.

These rates are provisional. A displayed estimate is not a quotation or an order confirmation.

Payment and your order

Checkout is currently a simulation. Review your details, then press “Simulate checkout” to create your company, contact and project in the portal. A simulation invoice is saved with the project and included in the confirmation email. No payment is taken and no goods are ordered.

The intended payment method is immediate payment through Stripe. Before real purchases are enabled, we will provide the final total including any applicable tax, delivery arrangements and the applicable payment, cancellation, returns and warranty terms. Nothing in the supply information limits your statutory rights.

Using the planner

What are rows, bays and levels?

A row, also called a run, is one line of storage. A bay is one section between two upright frames. Raised levels sit above the floor. The capacity includes storage on the floor.

What does automatic layout do?

It chooses rows, bays, their arrangement and raised levels to fit the entered space and load. Your measurements, working aisle width and size choices remain constraints. Switch it off to edit the layout yourself.

Does “This fits” mean it is ready to install?

No. It checks the measurements and loads in this model. It cannot assess columns, doors, escape routes, slab strength, equipment or site conditions. A survey and design review must confirm suitability.

Can I return to a layout?

Use Save link to copy a web address containing your storage choices. Customer details and the delivery postcode are not included. Undo and Redo restore layout changes during this visit.
